Lauterbach & Amen for professional services rendered for August 2019 -$1340.00.

Lauterbach & Amen for professional services rendered for September

2019- $1,340.00.

Collins & Raja for quarterly retainer for the 4th quarter of 2019 –$1,250.00. ** It should be known a double payment was made by Lauterbach to Collins & Raja last quarter, which was not addressed on the July 16th date. Collins & Raja applied said payment for this quarter.

Linda Greco for recording secretary duties for the 4th quarter of 2019- $225.00.
