Call to Order

Vice President Joe De Rosa called the special meeting of the Board of Education of Woodland School District 50 to order at 6:05 PM.

Approval of Agenda

A motion was made by Jennifer Haack and seconded by David Weinstein to approve the agenda as presented.

On Roll Call, the votes were:

Nays:        None

Absent:     Carla Little, Renea Amen, Nasima Patel

The motion carried.

Move to enter Closed Session

A motion was made by Jennifer Haack and seconded by David Weinstein to enter into closed session at 6:09 PM.

On Voice Vote, the votes were:

Adjournment

A motion was made by David Weinstein to adjourn the November 4 Special Meeting at 7:45 PM.
