Discussion regarding Residency Rules for Park Districts has been tabled.

Steven Allen will contact Rob Nicolas with Morton Builders to get a ballpark quote on expanding the indoor arena as an alternate plan to building a new outdoor arena.

Administrator’s report: a new harrow for the outdoor arena will be purchased to replace the old harrow, Davey Trees will treat the magnolia trees in the front garden bed to prevent scale. There were no other facility maintenance issues.

A rental application from BraveHearts annual trail ride will be presented to the Advisory Committee in March, the rental is tentatively scheduled for June 16 and held at 364 Bateman Rd.
