Deerfield Park District issued the following announcement on May 19.
Work continues at the parks and playgrounds during the stay-at-home order. Shade structures are now in place at the Preschool Playground at Jewett Park. We thank Dr. Amy Brodsky and Family and the Pediatric Sun Protection Foundation for the generous donation to purchase these structures that are a welcome addition to this playground!
Donation from Pediatric Sun Protection Foundation – January 20, 2020
On behalf of the Deerfield Park Foundation, Jeff Nehila accepts a generous donation from Pediatric Sun Protection Foundation representatives. Donated funds will be used to purchase a shade structure for the Preschool Playground at Jewett Park and a shade umbrella at the Deerspring Pool!
