Lake County Board of Review met Dec. 3.

1. Call to Order - Chair Helm called the meeting into order at 12:31 P.M.
Board Attendees: Chair Helm, Member Monie and Member Paslawsky
Staff Attendees: Glueckert and Crawford
2. Approval of Minutes
Regular Session: August 18, 2020
The Board of Review members reviewed the minutes from their August 18, 2020 meeting. Member Paslawsky motioned to approve. Member Monie seconded the motion. The Board members approved the minutes as presented 3-0.
Executive Session: November 07, 2016, January 23, 2017 and November 27, 2017
Executive Session: November 07, 2016
The Board of Review members reviewed the Executive Session minutes from their November 07, 2016 meeting. On a motion by Member Monie, a second by Member Paslawsky the Executive Session minutes of November 07, 2016 are to remain confidential by a vote of 3-0.
Executive Session: January 23, 2017
The Board of Review members reviewed the Executive Session minutes from their January 23, 2017 meeting. On a motion by Member Monie, a second by Member Paslawsky the Executive Session minutes of January 23, 2017 are to remain confidential by a vote of 3-0.
Executive Session: November 27, 2017
The Board of Review members reviewed the Executive Session minutes from their November 27, 2017 meeting. On a motion by Member Monie, a second by Member Paslawsky the Executive Session minutes of November 27, 2017 are to remain confidential by a vote of 3-0.
Clerk Crawford reminded the Board of Review members that all Executive Session minutes held in confidentiality shall be reviewed every six (6) months. The Clerk will recall these minutes again in June 2021.

6.1 Approval of assessment appeal case decisions where no hearings were conducted in the Townships of Zion, Benton and Newport as Decision
Approval of assessment appeal case decisions conducted in the Townships of Zion, Benton, Newport as decision
The Board reviewed the case decisions in the Townships of Zion, Benton and Newport as Decision Attachment A. On a motion by Member Paslawsky, a second by Member Monie the Board members affixed their signature and the case decisions are final by unanimous vote of 3-0.
7. Adjournment
Prior to adjourning the Board set Wednesday, December 9, 2020 as their next meeting date.
Member Monie motioned to adjourn, seconded by Member Paslawsky. The motion carried unanimously 3-0. The meeting adjourned at 12:43 P.M.
