Deerfield School District 109 recently issued the following announcement.
It was such an honor to be part of a special surprise this week when the Munzing family was reunited outside of Walden! James Munzing had been deployed as part of the National Guard in Africa for the last year and surprised his sons by picking them up. They thought he wasn't going to be back for a few weeks!
