In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $3,845, which is 2.3% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 15 properties sold in Waukegan.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Megan Marie Carlander has been registered to vote since 2013 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 427 Keller Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: John Cuellar, 47, and Megan Marie Carlander, 39.
