Joint committee action approving a contract modification to the agreement with West Publishing Corporation, Eagen, Minnesota to provide legal publications for the law library in the estimated annual amount of $115,512.
Todd Schroeder, Nineteenth Judicial Court Director, provided an overview of the additional contract for the print legal publications in the Law Library. The renewal will include the separate print titles. Discussion ensued.
A motion was made by Member Roberts, seconded by Member Parekh, that this committee action item be approved and referred on to the Financial and Administrative Committee. Motion carried by the following roll call vote:
