      A. Consent Agenda

            1. Approval of Bills List Dated November 2021

            2. Approval of the Paid List Dated November 2021

            3. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of a Sixth Amendment to a Certain Agreement—Waste Management North—Scavenger Services

            4. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement—Metropolitan Alliance of Police Ordinance authorizes the execution of the collective bargaining agreement with the Village’s Metropolitan Alliance of Police (MAP) police union. This renewal agreement has a 3-year term, expiring December 31, 2024.

            5. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Sale or Disposal of Personal Property Owned by the Village of Hawthorn Woods

            6. Approval of Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans for 2022

            7. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Chief Operation officer to Enter into an Agreement with Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services:

                  o Accept the Proposal of Insurance from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services; and

                  o Execute “Client Authorization to Bind Coverage”; and

                  o Execute “Gallagher Compensation Agreement”; and

                  o Expend $172,875 for Property, Casualty, and Workers Compensation Insurance

            8. Approval of the Hawthorn Woods Police Pension Final Payment for 2021

            1. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Refinancing of the Aquatic Center Bonds
