On Nov. 30, Kumar Gaurav and Sobhana Ranjan purchased a home at 558 Rivershire Place, Lincolnshire from John Christensen and Cathryn Simpson Adderton for $565,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,548.66, 2.57% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 31, 2014. It last sold for $560,000.

So far in November 2021, 14 properties sold in Lincolnshire.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John C. Adderton has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Cathryn S. Adderton has been registered to vote since 2015.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
