On Jan. 10, Kyoshu L. and Cynthia M. Jordan purchased a home at 1917 W River Oaks Drive, Round Lake from Yolanda Hernandez and Francisco and Gloria Ramirez for $360,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,015.36, which is 1.67% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Round Lake as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gloria Ramirez has been registered to vote since 2002. Yolanda Hernandez has been registered to vote since 2002.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
