The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,715.90, 1.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 28, 2004 for $590,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Lake Forest in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Raymond Walter Puszczewicz, 76, was the only registered voter residing at 674 Timber Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
