On Jan. 10, Canice and Sandra Neary purchased a home at 1705 E. Grand Ave., Venetian Village from David and Mleea Meyer for $415,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,781.72, 1.15% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 8, 2016. It last sold for $200,000.

This property is the only sale in Venetian Village so far in January 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mleea J. Meyer has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries. David J. Meyer has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
