On Jan. 7, Liang Mu and Wenjing Fei purchased a home at 910 Lee Court, Buffalo Grove from James Caradonna Suc Co. (trustee), Douglas Caradonna Suc Co. (trustee) and Caradonna Michael (trustee) for $395,100.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $12,556.66, 3.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Buffalo Grove as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Douglas M. Caradonna (42) has been registered to vote since 2005.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
