The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 12 Seneca Ave., Hawthorn Woods was sold on March 8 by Daniel and Misti Swenson for $625,000. The buyers were Jeff and Katie Horvath.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $14,657.50, 2.35% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 16, 2013. It last sold for $451,000.

So far in March 2022, two properties sold in Hawthorn Woods.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Misti Lee Swenson has been registered to vote since 2016. Daniel Lee Swenson has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
