Vincent and Jaime Paul acquires 690 S. Jade Lane, Round Lake

On Feb. 16, Vincent and Jaime Paul sold their property at 690 S. Jade Lane, Round Lake to Shelondia McCloud for $200,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $6,763.86. This is 3.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 21 properties sold in Round Lake.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Shelondia A. McCloud has been registered to vote since 2003 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 690 S. Jade Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shelondia A. McCloud, 49, and Britini M. McCloud, 28.
