On March 28, Michael A. Scornavacco (estate) and Nancy, Jake, Taylor, Luke and Zackary Scornavacco sold their home at 240 Washington Ave., Highwood to Joseph and Ann Pasquesi for $220,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,813.96, 2.64% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, seven properties sold in Highwood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Erika Gayle Turner, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 240 Washington Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
