The home at 521 Lange Court, Libertyville was sold on March 30 by Michael and Stacey Peterson for $1,460,000. The buyers were Eric M. and Toni S. Simone.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $27,814.04, 1.91% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 69 properties sold in Libertyville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Stacey M. Peterson has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Michael V. Peterson has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 521 Lange Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Stacey M. Peterson, 49, Michael V. Peterson, 50, and Drew Peterson.
