Chris Derrick, a contractor representing the owners of the property, provided a presentation about the proposed modification to the exterior elevations of the existing single-family residence at the property.

One or more of the Commissioners discussed the following:

∙ A question which was taken from the residents at the meeting related to whether or not the landscape bufferyard would be required as part of this project. Village Staff noted that the zoning ordinance does not require a bufferyard plan for the proposed improvements to the exterior of the building.

∙ It was noted that this project was not part of the application for a subdivision of lots on this 20 acre parcel.

∙ That there would be no lighting proposed as part of this project as Staff was trying to facilitate occupancy of the house and that the lighting would have to be reviewed and approved separately.

Commissioner Friedman moved, seconded by Commissioner Martin, to approve the Modifications to the Exterior Building Elevations of the Existing Single-Family Residence, Located at 2805 Telegraph Road, submitted by Margaret Antonik, subject to the conditions noted on page 2 of the Staff report dated March 15, 2022.
