Faltynek, record owners, who seek the following variation from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1) Reduce the street yard setback from 30 feet to 4.56 feet for an existing detached garage 2) Reduce the south side-yard setback from 4 feet to 0.89 feet to construct an addition to an existing detached garage. The subject property is located at 41797 N. LOTUS Avenue, Antioch, Illinois and is approximately 0.21 acres.
