1. Introduction of Commission members and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman Dixon
2. Consideration of the minutes of the May 11, 2022 and August 10, 2022 Plan Commission meetings.
3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for an amendment to the Special Use Permit for Faith Lutheran Church and consideration of the associated tentative and final plat of resubdivision. No new lots are proposed, additional land area is proposed for incorporation into the Church Campus from the adjacent lots which are in common ownership with the Church. No change in overall use is proposed. The properties included in the petition are addressed as 680, 688 and 700 W. Deerpath.
