Rep. McLaughlin proposed the implementation of a "Sunny Day Rebate Fund" to address the needs of the children waiting to participate in the Invest in Kids Act. He called on his colleagues in the House to support House Bill 4105, which would ensure the continuity of this successful scholarship program without any political gamesmanship.
