Lake Forest podcast hosts: It’s good there is ‘a law that's coming into play’ around school administrators’ behaviors

Podcast host Joe Weiss said he is happy to see legislation coming into play to prevent school administrators from being rehired at new schools after poor behavior at another school.

“About five years ago I'm reading the Chicago newspaper one day and I see that the Chicago Public Schools, the CEO, is getting indicted,” Weiss said to co-host Pete Jansons on the Lake Forest podcast. “And one of the other people getting indicted for fraud is like some guy that worked with her and his name was Gary Solomon. And this was the same guy that was the dean that should have been fired at at Niles Township back in 1999.”

“I'm glad that John Noble talked about a law that's coming into play, it sounds like it's a done deal, hopefully,” Name said. “I'm glad about that because that really stuck in my craw that people in education could find their way to another school district later on despite this really bad behavior.”
