Reduce the total side yard setback from 33 feet to 28.94 feet; 2. Increase the maximum impervious surface ratio from 20% to 30%. 5.2 24-0297 ZBA #000946-2024 - On the petition of George Moldovan, record owner, who seeks the following variations from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required: 1. Reduce the west side yard setback from 5 feet to 2.5 feet as measured from the eave, to allow for the reconstruction of a fire damaged house; 2.
