2. Consideration of the minutes of the February 15, 2024 Plan Commission meeting.
3. Preliminary Information and Input: The property addressed as 1310 Lake Road and 1235 Elm Tree Road is a single zoning lot and was originally part of a larger estate. Preliminary information will be presented on behalf of the new owners about their vision for the property going forward. Questions and input from the Commission and members of the public are invited. No action is requested from the Commission at this time.
