Chair Vealitzek called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.

Chair Vealitzek led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Presentation of Planning, Building and Development annual department update and discussion of 2024-2025 work plan.

PBD Annual Report & Work Plan 2024

Member Altenberg joined the meeting at 10:32 a.m.

Eric Waggoner, Planning, Building and Development (PB&D) Director, and Krista Barkley Braun, Deputy Director & Zoning Administrator, PB&D, presented the annual update and Work Plan for PB&D, including an overview of on-going activities, highlights from the past year, and the status of current projects. Discussion ensued.

Director Waggoner asked for the Committee's consensus on the PB&D Work Plan. The consensus of the Committee was to support the PB&D Work Plan.

Director’s Report - Planning, Building and Development.

Eric Waggoner, Planning, Building and Development (PB&D) Director, introduced Vijay Gadde, the new Planning and Zoning Manager.
