The Village of Mundelein is set to enhance its system to improve access to online services for its residents. As part of the preparations for this upgrade, the existing system will be offline from January 8-10, 2025.

According to a news release from the Village of Mundelein, the upgrade aims to make processes such as water billing, permit registration, licensing, and landlord registration more efficient and user-friendly.

During the period when the current system is offline, credit cards will not be processed. However, receipts will still be issued for all transactions.

The news release further states that village staff will undergo training on the new system, BS&A Software, throughout January. Residents may experience some extended wait times during this transition period. The staff has requested patience and understanding from residents as they become familiar with the new software.
