CALL TO ORDER by Mayor Pecaro at 6:05 P.M.

Minutes will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.

5. Review of Bill Warrant List
5.1. 12/03/2024 AP Warrant List
The Warrant List will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.

7. New Business
7.1 Consideration of an Ordinance Regarding Certain Variations from the Highwood Zoning Ordinance for 330 North Avenue.
This will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.
7.2 Consideration of an Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit to Allow Operation of a Tattoo Parlor at 43 Highwood Avenue.
This will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.
7.3 Consideration of an Ordinance Approving a Zoning Map Amendment from R-2 Residential to R-3 Residential for 140 Morgan Place.
This will be approved at the regular City Council meeting with the amendment that all exterior work be completed by July 1, 2025 with the potential for a 90 day extension contingent on City Manager approval.
7.4 A Discussion on the October 2024 Treasurer’s Report.
This will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.
7.5 Consideration of a Motion Approving a Proposal from Christopher Burke Engineering to Provide Assistance on a Lead Service Line Replacement Program and Investigating Loan Options to Finance them in an Amount not to Exceed $38,000.
This will be approved at the regular City Council meeting.
7.6 A Discussion on Regulating Parking at 454-460 Green Bay Road.
Discussions to be continued at future meetings.
