Greg Rusteberg Village President | Deer Park Village
SLCR CERT (South Lake County Regional Community Emergency Response Team) is a community-based volunteer organization that trains and organizes volunteers to assist families, neighbors, and community members during community events and emergencies.
Individuals interested in becoming a CERT volunteer are invited to participate in the training sessions. The organization emphasizes that knowledge and preparedness can make significant differences for individuals, their families, and their communities.
Training sessions will be held on Wednesday nights starting March 5, 2025, at Lake Zurich Fire Station #1. Interested participants can register for the 2025 Spring Class or send inquiries to training@slcrcert.org.
