Meehan Elementary School has achieved Level 3 certification in Marzano High Reliability Schools, signifying the establishment of a "Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum. " This certification requires schools to develop a unified curriculum taught by all teachers.

The High Reliability School (HRS) program, developed by Marzano Resources, aims to transform schools into organizations that take proactive measures to ensure student success. It utilizes a research-based five-level hierarchy, along with leading and lagging indicators, to help educators assess, monitor, and confirm their schools' effectiveness.
