12.1. Moved by Alderman seconded by Alderman to adopt an ordinance implementing a municipal grocery retailers occupation tax and a municipal grocery service occupation tax.

12.2. Moved by Alderman seconded by Alderman to adopt an Ordinance increasing the City of Highwood’s Home Rule Sales Tax by ¼ percent.
