The Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 Board of Education recognized three Collinsville Middle School students for their achievements in wrestling at the Illinois Elementary School Association (IESA) State Wrestling Tournament. The recognition took place during the board meeting on March 28, 2025.
Juan Espinoza-Saloman was honored for securing fifth place in the 95 lb. division, although he was not present at the meeting. Kyrie Brown received recognition for placing sixth in the 105 lb. division, and Tytus Summer was acknowledged for earning second place in the 75 lb. division.
CMS Athletic Director Kevin Moore introduced the students and presented each with a certificate of recognition signed by Board President Gary Peccola and Superintendent Dr. Mark B. Skertich.
