8. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Authorizing and approving a Towing Services Agreement with Rogers Towing Service on behalf of the City of Zion per Chief Barden

(b) Authorizing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Zion Professional Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 1999 and the City of Zion per Chief Stried

(c) Authorizing and approving an Indemnification Agreement for Recapture between Orion Asset Management LLC and the City of Zion per City Attorney

 9. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Consider Zoning Docket 25-Z-7 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit to Section 102-58(5) of the Zion Municipal Code to operate a Daycare Center at the property located at 2730 Sheridan Road per Director Ianson (b) Consider appointment of Public Works Director per Mayor McKinney
