8. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Authorizing and approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Winthrop Harbor, Beach Park Fire Protection District and the City of Zion for the purchase and maintenance of watercrafts per Chief Stried

(b) Authorizing and approving a Memorandum of Understanding for an exclusive option between Ram Development Partners, LLC and the City of Zion for the properties on the Northeast Corner of Route 173 and Green Bay Road and the Corner of Route 173 and Kenosha Road per Administrator Knabel

9. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Consider Zoning Docket 25-Z-9 and ordinance, requesting a Variance to Section 102-239(a)(3) and 102-32(b) of the Zion Municipal Code to allow the existing 22.7- foot setback instead of a 30 foot and 0.5 -foot setback instead of a 3 foot for the property located at 2903 Gilead Avenue per Director Ianson

(b) Consider approval of quote for a Power-LOAD Ambulance Stretcher maintenance plan per Chief Stried
