Illini West High School provided updates on upcoming projects and important dates related to registration in a recent announcement.

The main parking lot is scheduled for resurfacing, although no confirmed start date has been set. Once the work begins, there will be no access to the main lot or back parking areas. The project is expected to take approximately two weeks, with updates forthcoming.

This year, registration procedures will change as the school transitions from PowerSchool to SchoolInsight, a new Student Information System (SIS). To aid families in this transition, a dedicated webpage has been created and can be accessed via the Pike County Schools website. This page will be regularly updated with the latest information and resources.

Families of incoming freshmen are requested to complete the Freshman Information Form to ensure accurate contact information is on file. A valid email address should be included for setting up new parent accounts.

Registration dates have been announced as follows:

- July 28: Online Registration Opens

- July 29: In-Person Registration at Dallas City Elementary School Library (12 PM - 6 PM)

- July 30: In-Person Registration at LaHarpe Elementary and Middle School (12 PM - 6 PM)

- July 31: In-Person Registration at Illini West HS FCS Room (12 PM - 6 PM)

- August 2: Registration Officially Ends
