The Village has addressed an issue concerning some residents' CivicPay auto-debit payments not appearing on their July 1st utility bills. According to the Village, while payments were processed successfully on June 24th, they were not posted to accounts until July 1, 2025, coinciding with the generation of the July statement. Consequently, these payments did not appear on that statement.

Residents are assured that no late fees were charged and that payments have been correctly applied to their accounts. A regular payment reminder from CivicPay will be sent around the 21st of this month, reflecting only the current month's balance due.

Residents can access their CivicPay accounts at any time to view balances and payment histories. For further assistance, they are encouraged to contact the Village at 847-526-9600. The Village expressed apologies for any inconvenience or confusion caused by this issue.
