Mundelein Grease Monkey owner awarded franchisee honor

The International Franchise Association (IFA) recently named Jim Cook, owner of the Mundelein Grease Monkey and a lifelong Mundelein resident, Franchisee of the Year. Franchise owner-operators representing 53 franchise systems were recognized during the IFA’s Franchise Action Network Annual Meeting recently in Washington, D.C., for their outstanding performance and contributions made to enhance the growth and development of franchising.

Hultgren helps target world hunger by co-sponsoring food-security bill

U.S. Rep. Randy Hultgren (R-Dist. 14) said recently that he is co-sponsoring the Global Food Security Act of 2015 (H.R. 1567), which aims to reduce global hunger in developing nations by helping these regions achieve food security and boost nutrition, especially for women and children.
