The Lake Forest Plan Commission will hold its regular meeting Wednesday in the City Council Chambers.
The main focus of the meeting will be a public hearing on a housing development proposed for a 10-acre lot at Laurel and Western Avenues. The project, managed by Focus Development, Inc., would build 12 single family homes, 110 apartments and 42 condominiums.
The hearing will be the final opportunity for public input before the commission makes a decision on the overall plan for the site.
The commission will also approve its 2016 meeting schedule.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and will be broadcast live on Cable TV.
