Scheduled to cover aquatic as well as audit-related matters, the Lindenhurst Sanitary District will meet 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the conference room at Village Hall, 430 S. Wellwood Ave.
The December 3, 2015, meeting minutws will be approved after the call to order. The treasurer will then make a report from the month of November 2015, after which January 2015 bills will be presented for payment.
The agenda includes a section for correspondence followed by old and new business. In old business, a status report regarding a wastewater treatment facility will be offered as well as information on IEPA loan items.
In new business, discussions will center on a WPCF improvement contract, IEPA loan amendments and task orders and a Round Lake property transfer matter.
Additionally, the topic of United States liability insurance will be handled, specifically focusing on a notice of non-renewal.
The firm of Dam, Snell & Taveirne Ltd. will introduce a proposal for a FY2015/2016 financial audit, and the last agenda item will add Carl Norlin as an authorized signatory on the organization’s checking account.
Time will be allotted for public participation before the group goes into executive session prior to adjournment.
