The Village of Vernon Hills Committee of the Whole approved several requests for architectural projects Monday at its regular meeting.
Following call to order at 7:00 p.m. in Village Hall, the board approved minutes from its Jan. 19 meeting.
The most important item on the agenda was a matter concerning the Loyola/Cuneo Mansion property, introduced by Assistant Village Manager Joe Carey. A presentation was made of revised architectural plans by Pulte Homes for a proposed 128-unit single family residential subdivision on the property, followed by an update on the Lake County review process.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned. As a matter of policy, the Vernon Hills Committee of the Whole meetings are required to be concluded by 10:00 p.m. unless otherwise decided by board action.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Committee of the Whole will be Feb. 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
