The Village of Lake Bluff Board of Trustees is expected to declare April 29 Arbor Day in the village at its next meeting 7 p.m. today at Village Hall, 40 E. Center Ave.

The board also is expected to have a second reading of an ordinance to amend Title 1 of the Village's municipal code, which concerns the comprehensive fee schedule.

The board also will consider an ordinance that would designate a structure at 1010 Greenbay Road as a historic landmark.

Several amendments to the village's tent-facility ordinances also will be considered.

The board also will have a second reading of a proposed ordinance to grant a special-use permit and approve a site plan sought by Lake Effect Holdings LLC for a restaurant at 600 Walnut Ave. The business would not have a drive-through, and Lake Effect also is seeking a sign exemption to the city code.
