At a meeting this week, the Lake County 911 Emergency Dispatch Task Force examined a recent study on the lessons learned from the state-mandated consolidation of 911 dispatch centers.
The Lake County 911 Emergency Dispatch Task Force is made up of the Lake County Board chairman, as well as fire, police and municipal leaders. It was created in response to the state's consolidation mandate.
