The Vernon Hills Police Department will participate in National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5. The event is scheduled to take place at Hartmann Park, located at 292 Oakwood Road, from 4 to 8 p.m.
National Night Out is an annual event that takes place on the first Tuesday of August. Its goal is to encourage connections among community members across the country.
