The Lake Forest Building Review Board will consider requests for demolitions, new constructions and sign alterations at its next meeting 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in City Hall Council Chambers, 220 E. Deerpath.
The Building Review Board was established in 1962 and consists of seven Lake Forest residents appointed by the mayor and approved by City Council. The Board works to preserve the character and uniqueness of various neighborhoods and protect property values throughout the community.

3. Consideration of a request for approval of the demolition of the existing single family
residence located at 835 Oakwood Avenue and approval of a replacement residence, detached
garage, overall site plan and conceptual landscape plan.
