The final candidates for the 2017 Lake and McHenry Counties Fox Waterway Agency Chairman Election, to be held on April 4, are on the ballot.

According to the Lake County Gazette's records, only one candidate will appear on the ballot of the April 4 municipal election:

Wayne D. Blake

Blake was born on Sept. 17, 1958. The candidate's listed address is 41040 N Ridge Circle, Antioch, Ill. 60002.

Blake has voted in 13 primary elections, casting votes in 13 republican primaries.
