1. Call to Order: Roll Call.

2. Approval of the Minutes of: February 20, 2017.

3. Old Business:

a) ARC 17-09, Request is for new signage. Pam Daniels, Authorized Agent for IRC Retail Centers Management Inc. 1300-1440 S. Milwaukee Avenue.

4. New Business:

a) ARC 17-14, Request is for new landscaping. The Care of Trees, Authorized Agent for Riva Ridge Umbrella Association. Riva Ridge Umbrella Association.

b) ARC 17-15, Request is for new landscaping. Tony Mesagna, Main Street Venture, LLC. 602-610 N. Milwaukee Avenue.

c) ARC 17-10, Request is for exterior elements and landscaping. Rick Swanson, Authorized Agent for Tony Mesagna. 608 N. Milwaukee Avenue.

d) ARC 17-16, Request is for new building facades. William Morris, Authorized Agent for First Church of Christ Scientist. 120 E. Cook Avenue.

e) ARC 17-17, Request is for new building facades. Peter Harmon, Authorized Agent for Ridgeline Property Group. 1755-1795 N. Butterfield Road.

f) ARC 17-18, Request is for new building facades and lighting. Scott Hezner, Authorized Agent for the Village of Libertyville. 1532 Artaius Parkway.
