The campaign committee Citizens to Elect Reginald C Mathews State's Attorney owes a $588.97 fine imposed on Feb. 27, 2015 with Brett Henne listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 20 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $88,517.30 in pending fines.
