(b) To renew lease of the unimproved 29th Street right-of-way and unimproved City property totaling 324

sq. ft. for additional parking per Director Ianson

(c) Regarding the disposition of surplus property per Chief Dumyahn

(d) Authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) of

the City, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,700,000 to refund certain outstanding

obligations of the City and for the payment of the expenses incident thereto (Second Reading) per

(a) Order calling a public hearing concerning the intent of the City Council of the

City of Zion, Lake County, Illinois, to sell not to exceed $3,700,000 General

Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) per Mayor Hill

(b) Request approval of 2017/2018 Project Year Hotel/Motel Tax Grant Applications per Director

at 4527 IL Route 173, as petitioned by Dr. Gray per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning

Commission recommends approval.
