The Lake County Republican Central Committee wants area residents fired up about its Second Amendment Dinner and Gun Raffle on Friday, Oct. 13, at the Concorde in Kildeer, according to a press release.
The event will feature multiple raffles with the chance to win handguns, rifles, gun paraphernalia and other prizes, like gift baskets and youth education and safety items. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a cash bar and the beginning of raffle ticket sales. Hors d’oeuvres service will begin at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. All raffle drawings will begin following the meal.
The basic price for attending the event is $75, which includes dinner and one ticket for the dinner raffle for a Mossberg 500 Field/Security Combo.
Sponsorship packages begin at $1,250 for 10 dinner tickets, 10 dinner raffle tickets and promotional consideration in the event program. The package also includes a Ruger K10/22TD Takedown 22 LR and one ticket for the Tribute Rifle Raffles, which will award three Tribute Henry 22 Rifles dedicated to the Second Amendment, the military and law enforcement.
For $1,500, sponsors receive two Tribute Rifle Raffle tickets and a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm, and $2,000 garners six tickets for the Tribute Rifle Raffle and a Smith & Wesson M&P 15SPTII 223.
