2. Public Hearing: Special Use Permit – 31632 N Ellis Dr, Unit 208 (Northern Illinois Funeral Services)
The Commission will consider an application for a special use to operate a mortician facility and crematorium at 31632 N Ellis Dr, Unit 208. The applicant is Northern Illinois Funeral Services (NIFS), contract purchaser of the property.
NIFS was previously granted a special use (2013) to operate a mortician facility and crematorium at 31632 N Ellis Dr, Unit 209. They plan to expand their business to the adjacent unit.
